What Data We Collect and Why
Comments
When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser information, to help detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it (see Automattic Privacy Policy).
After your comment is approved, your profile image is visible publicly in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract any location data from website images.
Cookies
We use cookies to:
remember your login data and preferences,
- ensure the proper functioning of the website (e.g., login session),
- improve website security and analytics.
You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Cookies are stored for a maximum of 1 year unless otherwise required by law.

Who We Share Data With

How Long We Retain Data
- Comments and related metadata are stored indefinitely to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically.
- User account data is stored until the account is deleted. Users can edit or delete their personal data at any time (except for the username, which cannot be changed).
- Google Analytics data is retained according to Google’s settings, up to a maximum of 26 months.

- Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) or another supervisory authority within the EU.
